Configure which personally-identifiable fields are stored in the ledger. These settings apply organization-wide.
Minimal PII ModeRecommended
Restrict patient names, client names, and staff full names across all ledger entries.
Show patient name on entries
Display the patient name in draw/waste records. Requires Minimal PII Mode off.
Show client name on entries
Display the client (owner) name in records.
Show staff first name
Display the recording staff member's first name on the ledger.
